International Master on Advanced methods in Particle Physics
Joint Degree
The International Master of Advanced Methods in Particle Physics (IMAPP) is an internation degree programme, entirely taught in English and leading to a joint qualification.
The issue of a joint qualification means that students will obtain a single qualification recognised and validated by all the institutions running the joint programme.
This degree programme is offered by the three partner universities: Clermont Auvergne University (UCA), TU Dortmund University (TUDO) and the University of Bologna (UNIBO).
Students will study in each universities for one semester:
first semester (September – January) in Clermont (France)
second semester (mid April – mid July) in Dortmund (Germany)
third semester (mid September – end of December) in Bologna (Italy)
The fourth semester (January – degree) is dedicated to the internship in preparation of thesis in one of the sixteen academic associated and industrial partners (the location can be chosen by the students) and final examination.
