A new video by Carlo Venturi dedicated to last February’s visit to CERN by IMAPP students from intake 2024/2026 together with students from Dipartimento di Fisica e Astronomia “Augusto Righi” (DIFA) – Università di Bologna master’s degree in Physics is available on our master’s YouTube channel.
There were many guides on this occasion: Elisa Sanzani introduced the Atlas experiment, Licia Mozzina the CMS Experiment and Andrea Villa the LHCb Experiment together with a visit to DELPHY.
Sofia Strazzi guided the students to the Alice experiment, while Alberto Oliva explained to them how the AMS experiment works.
Finally, Carlo Emilio Montanari led them to the CERN Contro Center, while Daniele Massaro welcomed them to the Data Center Visit point.
